What Tab is.

Tab is an independent product on Solana. It is not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with pump.fun, xStocks, Backpack, or any company on the menu. Those names appear only to say which purchases count, at what rate, and in which stock.

Who can use it.

Paybacks are stock, and the companies that issue it do not allow it to go to people in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates or Japan. If you are in one of those countries, you cannot be paid. You are responsible for telling us where you are, truthfully.

What you send us.

Send only receipts for purchases you made yourself. Each purchase can be paid once. Edited, duplicated or someone else's receipts are rejected, and accounts that send them can be closed. Every receipt is reviewed by a person before anything is paid, and we can decline one without giving a reason.

What you get paid.

Your payback is a percentage of what you spent, set per place on the menu, counting at most $100 of any one purchase and $500 a month. It is paid as that company's stock, bought on Solana at the price when it is sent, once what you are owed in that stock reaches $5.

Paybacks come from a pool set each month as a share of what the treasury took that month; the treasury is filled by trading fees on $TAB, and the rest of it covers running Tab. When the pool cannot cover everything approved, payouts wait in the order they were approved. Rates and limits are published and can change. Payouts go to the wallet on your account, and transfers on Solana cannot be reversed.

The stock you receive.

Each stock is a Solana token backed one to one by a real share and issued by xStocks (Backed Assets (JE) Limited) or Backpack Securities, not by Tab. The issuer decides what the token gives you, such as dividends, votes or redemption, and its own terms apply to it. An issuer can freeze or pause its token and can move tokens out of any wallet. Tab cannot undo any of that.

$TAB.

$TAB is a coin on pump.fun. Holding it earns you nothing and entitles you to nothing from Tab: it is not a share in Tab, and your paybacks do not depend on it. Its trading fees fund the treasury. It can lose all its value.
